  • His progressive experience includes assignments in Denver, Chicago, New York City, Boston and the United Kingdom, as well as serving clients across multiple states and overseas.

Certified in Financial Management (CFM®), Dave is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®), Certified Management Accountant (CMA®) and Certified Senior Advisor (CSA). He is insurance licensed in commercial property & casualty, bonding, life, health, disability and long term care. Dave is an honors graduate of the University of Nebraska at Kearney with a degree in accounting and management.

Married over 30 years, he & Lou Ann have 3 children. Active in their church as a spiritual life elder, Dave is involved in the community, serving on the board of the AAA Center for Pregnancy Counseling, contributor to the Midlands Business Journal and Family Spectrum, Charter Member and Foundation Officer for his Rotary chapter, The Alternative Board of the Midlands, CBMC Business Forum, NE Partnership for Philanthropic Planning, and professional association memberships including the Center for Fiduciary Studies, and the National Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors. Gary Bunjer, Vice President and Senior Advisor

After graduating from the University of Nebraska in 1973 with a degree in Accounting and Management, Gary joined Arthur Andersen & Co, a multinational CPA firm, in the audit division. During his 11 years there, Gary worked on SEC compliance, mergers and acquisitions, firm wide industry teams and taught various accounting and auditing courses. After leaving Arthur Andersen, Gary worked for one of the Baby Bells at divestiture to help establish corporate governance for the new Fortune 50 Company. His five years there also included helping them focus on smaller ancillary non-regulated businesses.

Over the next several years Gary worked with business owners in turn- around situations. His role included establishing business plans, financial integrity and overall team focus on success. This work included a four year stint in a high tech venture installing fiber optic cable across the nation.

Gary has also been an owner/manager in multiple small businesses including both high tech and low tech ventures. He has also been involved with charitable/religious organizations as treasurer, board member, strategic planner etc.

Donald R. Leath –Vice President and Senior Advisor

Don is a very relational, accomplished and highly successful executive in operations, administration and marketing with extensive experience and expertise in general business operations. His top five personality traits as defined by Gallup’s Strengths Finder Analysis are; Responsibility, Relator, Harmony, Deliberative and Competition.

His primary business mission for over 35 years has always been to preserve, sustain and propel return on investment, offering consistent and concrete results. He demonstrates a strong commitment to integrity and honesty in business and in life itself. Don is a successful strategic planner and also very willing to be a trendsetter while integrating objectives and resources to seize opportunities. He has always been willing to work “outside the box,” while championing an unpopular business decision, if the due diligence determines that it will be ethical and profitable.

Known as a successful business startup professional, Don is also known for his ability to rescue and turn around ailing small businesses, transforming them into profitable entities. His past accomplishments have been realized through initiative, strong leadership, a take charge attitude & high energy level, creativity, organization, and effective follow-through. Don received an MS degree from KCMS in Louisville, KY, graduating Summa Cum Laude after completing three years of study toward his Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Business Management at Truman University in Missouri. Dennis Wheeler, MBA, CEBS  Vice President and Senior Advisor

Dennis has over 25 years of strategic business development experience including building and executing leadership development programs, organizational culture assessment plans, marketing & sales strategies, product development initiatives and business performance programs. He has held several executive level positions as well as owning his own company. His broad knowledge of business operations and performance management allows him to create actionable and revenue generating solutions that improve your competitive position. He has been actively involved in building international business operations including businesses in Beijing, China and Mali, West Africa.

Dennis obtained his Bachelors in Business Administration in May of 1993 at the University of Nebraska at Omaha and his Masters in Business Administration in May of 2008 from the University of Nebraska Lincoln. Kurtis Kammerer - Vice President and Senior Advisor

Kurtis Kammerer has over 25 years of business experience. A Marketing school graduate from the University of Nebraska, he has held various management and leadership positions with Midwest Business Equipment, Holly Sales & Service, 24-Hour Fitness, First Data Resources, First National Bank, Little Caesars Pizza, and Thrasher Basement Systems. The broad range of companies with whom he's been involved has allowed him to build a unique foundation of expertise in the areas of customer service, sales training, merger & acquisition, project management, and strategic planning. Kurtis has been married to Cynthia for 20 years. They have two sons, one attending the University of Nebraska at Omaha majoring in Finance and the other playing sports at Archbishop Bergan High School in Fremont. He regularly volunteers his time and resources at Christ Community Church and his former grade school, St. Paul, on 50th and Grand Avenue in North Omaha.
